Objective:

The Chartered Institute of Housing Conference and Exhibition is the UK’s major
showcase for companies and organisations involved in the social housing sector. Held
annually, in Harrogate, it attracts all the key players in this sector and competition for their
attention is fierce.

Solution:

The constant need to present the offerings of an evolving company in a fresh and dynamic
manner has seen stands that incorporate not just strong branding and bold, striking
graphical approaches but also purposedesigned multimedia presentations and ‘live’
attractions that have included caricaturists and graphologists. Through the use of
modular design principles, numerous different layouts and new graphical themes have been
able to be created each year, ensuring that the Kier stand remained fresh within tight
budgets.

Results:

The success of our approach reflected in consistently high levels of traffic to the CIH
stand and similar projects carried out for other Kier divisions.
