One hundred years of marketing:
With a well respected brand – Barwil – Barber Wilsons havebeen manufacturing high quality, high value taps and showers for some of the world’s most discerning customers including The Dorchester, Claridges and Raffles Hotels.
The fact that they have attained a Royal Warrant tells it’s own story.And yet the company has always believed that quality of product design and manufacture, coupled with excellent employee relations is more important in sustaining the business than going for outand- out growth. As their marketing agency for the last fifteen years we have nurtured the brand in a sympathetic manner,preserving all the good things about it – the heritage, and the high standards of craftsmanship that still goes into making the products, whilst subtly introducing up-todate touches where appropriate.
What is involved...
Barber Wilsons rely on a well-designed catalogue which is used as a powerful sales tool by their trade representatives. They also appear at key trade shows to maintain a brand presence, and use tactical PR activity and press advertising to highlight new products and other innovations. By combining these several marketing activities we have hopefully helped with the company’s longevity, in a cost effective manner.
