Euro Property

The Challenge

Euro Property was previously a franchisee of the Spanish Property Guide network and had decided to set up in business on their own. The company sell property abroad in destinations such as Spain and Cyprus. Our challenge was to spread the word.

The Solution

We designed a brand identity that had a Mediterranean feel – and positioned them distinctly from their competitors. We developed a series of press adverts which were placed in local publications and an outdoor poster campaign at Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport to encourage travellers to visit the store. Corporate brochures and exhibition materials followed.

The Results

The success has also allowed Euro Property to start their own franchise operation and they currently have two franchise offices bringing their company total to four offices in the space of a year. Stevenson Sharpe have been appointed as brand guardians and handle the marketing requirements for all of the franchisees.
