Negative external perception, low profile

Process:

We instigated a programme of stakeholder research based on an online survey, this measured the brand perception of different stakeholder groups.

The research defined the brand positioning and image that promotes BPA as a friendly, approachable and forward looking business. The logo symbolises the strategic partnership between the owners BPA and SHELL but also the core business areas of Engineering and Operations services. The marketing material incorporates a banner incorporating the logo and signpost information, this allows a clean modern style highlighted with strong images of BPA personnel.

Result:

Increased profile within the industry and positive client perception has helped to increase BPA's success rate in converting opportunities and helping to increase the business by 23% over 2 years.
