LMI-UK specialise in business performance improvement through developing people. The Effective Selling Strategies programme is aimed at existing sales people and those preparing to make a career in sales. The programme follows the unique LMI process of short powerful workshops combined with several key-learning techniques such as spaced repetition and multi sensory learning. This unique process enhances the participant?s ability to absorb, retain and utilise the ideas contained in the lesson material as well as effecting lasting behavioural change. Unlike many typical sales courses the Effective Selling Strategies programme won?t deprive a sales person from precious productive hours of prime selling time. Instead we work with you at times best suited to your routine. The programme focuses on two aspects of sales training- skills and attitudes. It is in these two vital areas that sales people can gain most from the programme content and methodology. Being an action oriented course, participants will start experiencing tangible results almost immediately, results such as more sales calls, more closes, expanded target markets, larger orders and other specific activities they can measure. Courses can be delivered in-house on a one-to-one basis, or with small groups (no more than 8 people). This programme is fully endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
