The Surgery is a design consultancy with a down-to-earth attitude and a refreshing approach to creating great design with offices in both Surrey and Oxfordshire. We have a straight-talking, honest, no nonsense approach which is reflected in everything we do and say. We want our clients to enjoy the design process. We believe it's a given that we can create good design, its more important how we deliver that great design to the client and end user which drives our team. We listen to what you want, we think about what you need, then we make sure you get it. As a business we seek to build long term relationships with our clients, and enjoy working alongside individuals and marketing departments to provide creatively inspired solutions. We employee only senior people, giving our clients access to a very high degree of hands-on service and creativity. We bring together the right individuals for a project and give the client direct access to them. We offer clients the ability to grow and develop their marketing requirements without seeking a number of different kinds of agency, allowing for consistency and continuation of strategy on their behalf.
