So who are we and what can we do for you exactly? We are freelance marketing professionals by choice – we enjoy using our expertise and working for many different companies. For more than 15 years we did experience full-time employment within a number of blue chip marketing departments but set-up on our own 5 years ago. Providing a truly flexible resource for many companies our experience extends across the full marketing mix but we do specialise in all aspects of Direct Marketing as well as Product and Customer Marketing. We can help you deliver your business strategy and as senior marketing professionals we know how to get things done – taking a very hands-on approach. There are two main ways companies have utilised our services – either to plug a short-term marketing resource gap or to be given a business challenge, we work out the best solution, create a plan and deliver the activity. Sometimes companies know what they want to do but need help in making it happen – this is what we are all about. Here is a flavour of the type of work we have carried out: Campaign delivery – lead and managed a customer contact strategy including overseeing the implementation of 250 campaigns, through a team of 8 people with a budget of £14 million Submission development – researched and wrote nearly 100 case studies to create a library for new business proposals PR – worked with a number of on-line insurance brands to deliver major PR campaigns as part of the overall marketing strategy Customer experience – formulated and developed a customer experience framework including mapping customer journey, identifying key processes and benchmarking current state Our services have been utilised across a number of different business sectors, construction, education, new media, finance and professional.
