Flying Saucer is a full service advertising and marketing agency.
We create things like press ads, posters, TV and radio ads, brochures, web sites and mailers. But they're just the end product. We're first and foremost concerned with great ideas and fresh thinking.

The company was formed in May 2002. Although we're relatively young, we have a wealth of experience that stretches back many years. We really do know our stuff. We could bore on for pages and pages about how great we are and why, if you're thinking of appointing a new advertising agency, we're the people to talk to. But the purpose of this site is to provide you with the basics, to give you an idea of what we can do. Hopefully, after reading through, you might want to give us a call. Or drop us a line. We believe there's not enough good thinking out there. Of course, there's a lot of clever, good looking work - but there's a lack of clear, rational thinking. As far as creativity goes, we've got it sorted. In terms of innovative, boundary pushing work, we're as good as they come. No, we're better than they come. Crucially though, we're not precious, arty types who are just in the business to win awards and express our creative sides. There's more to us than that. Thinking about the best solutions. Knowing what's appropriate and what isn't. Being cost-effective and budget conscious. Hitting the targets. Achieving results. That's what we're about. Because we think before we act. We don't want to waste your time or your money. If we can't get you the results you want, we've failed.

This thinking-before-we-act approach applies to the actual creative work. Before we even go anywhere near a Mac we make sure the ideas work on paper. It's a somewhat old-fashioned approach, but it works a treat. If an idea can't work through hand-written headlines and stick-men drawings, then it's an idea that won't work at all.
No matter how much it's dressed up.
